You are cordially invited to the first-ever student-led Sustainability Summit, sponsored by the University Park Undergraduate Association with support from the Sustainability Institute. A keynote talk by singer and UN Youth Ambassador AY Young will kick off our celebration of sustainability accomplishments, meaningful dialogues, and collaboration on Thursday, April 13, from 6 to 9 pm in the HUB.

At the Sustainability Summit, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with sustainability leaders, faculty, staff, and fellow students to share your passion for creating a more sustainable future. In addition, the occasion will highlight the fantastic sustainability projects already underway at Penn State, focusing on exceptional student leadership.

The Sustainability Summit is more than just a celebration of our accomplishments – it’s also an opportunity to build new partnerships and continue momentum towards our shared sustainability goals. The evening will include a sustainability action conversation, where we’ll discuss next steps for achieving Penn State’s sustainability goals and identify opportunities for collaboration between different groups working towards similar objectives.

The Sustainability Summit provides an excellent opportunity to connect and show your personal and institutional support for our students’ efforts to create a more just, verdant, and sustainable d future.
