Join Penn State’s Sustainability Institute as the Pennsylvania host for an international effort led by Bard College to Solve Climate by 2030More than 100 universities will be hosting community forums for faculty and students to discuss how to 1) #MakeClimateAClass and get climate change into more areas of the curriculum in their schools and 2) how to make meaningful action on climate change at all levels of society.

Pennsylvania’s event will feature:

  • Christine Knapp, Chief Sustainability Officer of the City of Philadelphia;
  • Tykee James, Government Affairs Coordinator at the National Audubon Society;
  • Brandi Robinson, Chair of the Centre Region Climate Action and Adaptation Technical Advisory Working Group; and
  • Pam Adams, Sustainability Planner for the Centre Region Council of Governments.

The event is free and open to all.
