Tawnya Brant is an entrepreneur, author, and Top Chef Canada competitor who is a leader in the Indigenous food sovereignty movement. Tawnya is partnering with Penn State Sustainability from November 12-15, 2024 for a film panel, cooking demonstration, special dinner with Penn State Dining Services, and meetings with community and campus groups.

You can register here for her keynote talk on Tuesday, November 12th from 4:00pm to 5:30pm in 132 FLEX Theater, HUB-Robeson Center.

Join us for a lunch meet-and-greet on Wednesday, November 13 from 11:00am to 1:30pm in West Food District where you can taste some of Chef Brant’s recipes. No registration required but the event will take place in the buffet area at a station there. The standard rate for lunch is $13.15 for regular guests or $4.60 with a student meal plan.
