Flyer for an Alternative Fuels Workshop & Tour on March 11 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority, 253 Transfer Road, Gate #3, Bellefonte, PA, 16823. There are two pictures -- one of a dark red truck cab towing a recycling trailer with different windows for different types of recyclables and one photo of a similar truck that is all-white in color. The flyer has images of the CCRRA logo and the Pittsburgh Region Clean Cities logo. There is text in a yellow box, reading: "Please join Pittsburgh Region Clean Cities, Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority and Special Guests for a Community Engagement Workshop focused on Alternative Fuels.
