MOM’s Organic Market takes sustainability seriously. MOM’s was founded in 1987 by 22-year-old Scott Nash as a home delivery business. Today, MOM’s has stores in five states and DC, employs 1,300+ people, and their Purpose is to protect and restore the environment.
Sean Lynch, Environmental Research and Partnerships Manager, will share what MOM’s is doing to help the planet. MOM’s sustainability initiatives range from collecting oyster shells to restore oyster reefs to advocating against animal cosmetics testing.
