Climate Adaption for Older Adults (The Penn State College of Nursing ECHO Series)

The Penn State College of Nursing, Penn State Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes), and the Primary Health Network (PHN) are building a knowledge community around the 4Ms of an Age-Friendly Health System (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility). Dr. McDermott-Levy will address climate change adaptation for older adults through a short presentation, which is followed by a case study presentation and facilitated discussion in an all-teach, all-learn environment.
