Please join Penn State’s Advanced Resource Efficiency Center (AREC-US) on February 9th at 12:00pm for a 1-hour discussion and Q&A session to hear about our capabilities and explore opportunities for collaboration. We are seeking connection with new partners to examine complex systems from multidisciplinary perspectives. We know we can add value to your proposals and awards when they come in. REGISTER HERE

AREC-US was created to promote collaborations between industry, government, and universities by integrating sustainability research into strategic decision-making. AREC-USA research enables policy makers to overcome sustainability challenges across supply chains using state-of-the-art life cycle and supply chain analysis tools. The team has extensive experience in environmental and social Life Cycle Analysis (E-LCA and S-LCA), Technoeconomic Analysis (TEA), and Life Cycle Costing (LCC) techniques. These methods have been increasingly requested by funding organizations, e.g., DoE, DoD, NSF, and USDA, to bolster the strength of research proposals. We seek collaborative projects with various research groups across the Penn State system. Current projects include work with ARPA-E on waste-to-energy logistics systems and NSF on food waste value recovery.

Please let us know of you interest in learning more by registering to attend this meeting HERE. The Zoom meeting invite will be sent out following registration.
