Intergenerational Community Planning & Placemaking – a 1-day symposium hosted by Pennsylvania State University will feature The American Planning Association 2023 Report Intergenerational Community Planning on July 10, 2024, from 10am to 3pm in Lancaster, PA. It is designed for planners, architects, and municipal staff, as well as community-based organizations that cut across disciplines focused on education, health and human services. The day includes presentations by the report’s co-authors, and a case study about Lancaster City integrating the intergenerational lens into its Comprehensive Plan.
