
GreenGov Sustainability Webinar: Building Sustainability and Resiliency in Pennsylvania with Microgrids

The Allegheny Department of Sustainability and The Allegheny Airport Authority will discuss the benefits of microgrids and how renewable energy can improve resiliency, efficiency, and sustainability. Knowledge will be shared about functional microgrids in Allegheny County and the value that microgrids provide. The most recent information on “Safeguarding Pennsylvania Microgrid Study” will be shared by the Department of Environmental Protection’s Energy Programs Office along with opportunities to incorporate clean energy into the electric grid.
